Burpees with knee tucks 45 seconds 10 seconds
Pop lunges to a squat hop 45 seconds 10 seconds
Squat hop with a swivel 45 seconds 10 seconds
*Knee drive with a leg abduction 10 right leg, 10 left leg 15 seconds each
*Slide throughs 10 right leg, 10 left leg 15 seconds each

*These exercises are done with sliders, however paper plates do the trick too! Or if you have hard wood floors, just use a towel or wear socks!
