Each week, one of the trainers hosts a live workout designed to get you sweating and leave you smiling. From warmup to cool-down, you won’t want to miss it.

Meet Your Coaches

Trujillo is a certified personal trainer and wellness coach with nearly 20 years of experience who helps women lose weight without sacrificing work and family time or following strict diets. Jersby is a certified personal trainer, mobility expert and fascial stretch therapist based in Los Angeles.
