About Oxygen Live Workouts

Summer’s in full swing — and hopefully, so is your training regimen. But as the weather heats up and the opportunity to play hooky from your fitness routine in favor of summertime fun arises, it helps to have something to hold you accountable. Our weekly live workout series with coaches Sandra Jersby and Janelle Trujillo will do just that.

Each week, one of the trainers will host a live 30-minute workout designed to get you sweating and leave you smiling. From warmup to cool-down, you won’t want to miss it.

Meet Your Coaches

Janelle Trujillo (@janelle4health) is a certified personal trainer and wellness coach with nearly 20 years of experience who helps women lose weight without sacrificing work and family time or following strict diets. Sandra Jersby (@swedefit) is a certified personal trainer, mobility expert and fascial stretch therapist based in Los Angeles.
