Accountability is a girl’s best friend when it comes to staying consistent. Our weekly live workouts with coaches Sandra Jersby and Janelle Trujillo — and occasionally some special guest trainers — are the perfect way to join in with fellow Oxygen sisters and shake up your weekly workout regimen.

Each week, one of the trainers will host a live 30-minute workout designed to get you sweating and leave you smiling. From warmup to cool-down, you won’t want to miss it.

Meet Your Coaches

Janelle Trujillo is a certified personal trainer and wellness coach with nearly 20 years of experience who helps women lose weight without sacrificing work and family time or following strict diets. Sandra Jersby is a certified personal trainer, mobility expert and fascial stretch therapist based in Los Angeles.
