The Knee Hug and Twist can be performed lying in your bed. “This dynamic stretch massages your spine, and the gentle rotation promotes healthy digestion,” says certified fitness personal trainer and author of Getting Fit Without Hitting the Gym, Sarah Robichaud.
How To: Breathing in and out slowly, place a pillow between your bent knees. Hug your knees into your chest and rock them over to one side, then stretch your arms out to either side. Hold for three deep breaths. Repeat by bringing your knees over to your opposite side.
