Recognize those abs? They’ve graced three of our Abs special issues, one Glutes special, and now, five Oxygen covers. They belong to Margaret Dubrawski – or, as we call her, “Maggie D.” Since last appearing on our Abs 2009 special, she’s traveled the world, been a personal trainer to a pop star (Nelly Furtado!), traversed mountains and found balance in her hectic life. But one thing remains the same: she’s still rocking that signature six-pack.

Model Meal Plan

Breakfast: Espresso with a bit of cream, two to three eggs cooked in coconut oil, seasoned with sea salt, pepper and splash of truffle oil

Supplements: vitamins, fish oil, flax oil

Snack: Banana and all-natural peanut butter

Lunch: Mexican-inspired salad with organic chicken breast, black beans, tomato and guacamole – no dressing

Snack: Protein shake or nuts

Dinner: Lean steak with kale and asparagus

Maggie D’s Flower Salad

Ready in 10 minutes • Makes 2 servings

  • 1 medium beet, cooked
  • 1 large carrot, peeled
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 cup sunflower sprouts

Shred the beet, carrot and apple into a bowl. Add sunflower sprouts, toss and serve.
