On the eleventh day of Christmas, Oxygen gave to me…

The third episode of Annie’s Advice! In this series, Annie Cooper (CPT & CN) sits down to chat openly and honestly about fitness and wellness topics. Cooper was a track and field and cross country star in college at Florida Atlantic University. Her areas of expertise include (but aren’t limited to) personal training (weight training), nutrition, running, fitness modeling and podcasting.

She’s certainly come a long way since first dedicating herself to fitness.

“Seeing how far I’ve come in nine years — when I started my fitness journey — is crazy,” Cooper says. “I look back at old pictures, and pictures when I thought I was at my best, and I prove to myself that I keep getting better.”

TODAY on Annie’s Advice, she talks about how she stopped focusing on counting calories and obsessing over closing those rings on your fitness watch. For the full sit-down video, click HERE.
