Mexican Breakfast Wrap

  • 2 slices (2 oz) extra-lean turkey ham
  • 1 slice (1 oz) low-sodium, low-fat Swiss cheese
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • Salsa, to taste
  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place ham, cheese, eggs and salsa in the tortilla. Roll tortilla securely and place wrap into the oven.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes.
