Bethany Davis is a mom of five with a passion for partnering with those who are embarking on a journey to better health. She constructed this functional weighted core workout with a five-pound dumbbell, though you can use a plate or medicine ball, too.
In this core routine, there are four movements. Davis recommends performing them 2-3 times for 45 seconds each. Take a 15 second rest between each exercise.
