Janelle Trujillo is a certified personal trainer and wellness coach with nearly 20 years of experience who helps women lose weight without sacrificing work and family time or following strict diets. Sandra Jersby is a certified personal trainer, mobility expert and fascial stretch therapist based in Los Angeles.
