In our video series, “Get the Body You Want,” MHP athletes Yeshaira Robles and Dana Mauro demonstrate exercises you’d typically do in the gym and show you how to adapt them to do at home with little or no equipment.
The chest press is a multi-joint exercise that not only works the pec muscles, but also brings the shoulder and elbow joints into play, while recruiting muscles in the triceps and upper back. There are many variations you can do to target your chest from different angles, and you can perform them with dumbbells or a barbell.
But what if you can’t get to the gym? You can definitely do this move at home or wherever you are. Yeshaira and Dana share their tips for doing chest presses in the gym and then demonstrate how to modify them at home.
