Ingredients
1 medium can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium can corn, drained
Juice of 2-3 limes
1 avocado, mashed
1 tomato, diced
4-5 green onions, diced
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for about one hour to marinate and soak up the flavors. Serve with baked tortilla chips or tostadas.
