Ingredients
- 1/2 lb extra-lean ground turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small can of dark red kidney beans, drained
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the turkey, onion and garlic. Then brown the mixture in a pan with the olive oil. Add the kidney beans, tomato, chili powder and garlic salt. Combine and heat through thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a green salad.
