Ingredients
3 cups salad greens
1 tbsp capers
5 halved grape tomatoes
5 cucumber slices
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
Dash of black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, place first 5 ingredients. Stir vinegar, oil and pepper separately, then pour over salad.
