Ingredients

  • 3 cups salad greens
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 5 halved grape tomatoes
  • 5 cucumber slices
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Dash of black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, place first 5 ingredients. Stir vinegar, oil and pepper separately, then pour over salad.
