Ingredients
- 3 cups salad greens
 - 1 tbsp capers
 - 5 halved grape tomatoes
 - 5 cucumber slices
 - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 - 1 tsp olive oil
 - Dash of black pepper
 
Instructions
- In a small bowl, place first 5 ingredients. Stir vinegar, oil and pepper separately, then pour over salad.
