Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 5 cloves
  • 4 tsp stevia
  • 3 medium bosc pears, cored and chopped in cubes

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
  2. Stir until mixed.
  3. Add pears.
  4. Microwave on high for 12 to 15 minutes.
