- Preheat oven to 450°F. To a small bowl, add paprika, salt, pepper, rosemary, sage and thyme and mix well. Rub olive oil over turkey and sprinkle on seasoning. Arrange onions, garlic and celery in the bottom of a baking dish. Add broth and place turkey on top of veggies. Put turkey in the oven, close the door and immediately reduce the temperature to 350°F. (This helps sear the turkey.)
- Roast 45 to 60 minutes, or until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F at the thickest part of the breast. Remove, cover loosely with foil and allow to rest 15 to 20 minutes.
