Secure a resistance-band loop around your thighs above your knees and get onto all fours with your hands underneath your shoulders and your knees underneath your hips. Extend your right arm and left leg straight so they are parallel with the floor, then bring your right elbow to your right knee underneath you. Extend them straight once more, then place them back in the starting position. Continue, alternating sides.
