Secure a resistance-band loop around the arches of your feet and lie faceup with your legs straight and lifted over your hips. Place your hands behind your head, flex your feet and lower your legs to about a 45-degree angle to the floor; your lower back should not arch. Hold here as you open your legs to the sides, then return to the start under control.
