Get into a push-up position with your hands underneath your shoulders and your head, hips and heels aligned. Lift your hips and drop your head to come into a downward facing dog, then bend your elbows and scoop your body along the floor starting with your head, chest, belly and hips. You should end in an upward facing dog. Then lift your hips and straighten your legs and arms to come back into Downward facing dog. Repeat.
