Set an incline bench to about 45 degrees and sit with your feet flat for stability. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and lie back against the seat with your back arching naturally. Extend your arms so they hang straight and are perpendicular to the floor and turned out slightly from your shoulders. Keep your upper arms in place as you bend your elbows and curl the weights up toward your shoulders. Pause briefly, then lower to the start.
