Stand behind an incline bench and extend your right arm over the seat back so the seat is snug underneath your arm for support. Hold a dumbbell with your palm facing your head and bend your elbow to bring the weight up as high as you can. Lower slowly almost to the start and go right into the next rep. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
