Kettlebell One-Arm Overhead Curl-Up

Lie face up with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor and hold a kettlebell in one hand straight up over your chest. Extend your other arm along your side. Keep the weight over head with your arm straight as you curl your head, shoulders and upper back off the floor, then continue to sit up all the way. Reverse the steps to return to the start. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
