Assume a wide split stance with your right leg forward, left leg back. Hold a kettlebell in your left hand, arm straight, and lift your chest. Bend both knees and lower straight down toward the floor until your legs make 90-degree angles and the knees and hips. Then extend your legs and hips and rise to the start. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
