Get into a push-Up position with your feet spread wide and your head, hips and heels aligned. Place one hand on top of a kettlebell and place the other on the floor outside your shoulder. Do a push-up, then at the top pass the kettlebell to the other side underneath you and place your opposite hand on top. Continue, alternating sides.
