Stand with your feet outside shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell in your left hand at your side. Turn your toes to the left and push your right hip out and extend your right arm overhead. Look up and focus on your right hand as you lower the kettlebell on the inside of your left leg to touch the floor. Stand back to the start. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
