Stand with your feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides. Take a large step to the side with your right leg and land with your toes forward. Bend your knee and hip, then explosively push off your right leg, and as you extend your left leg, bring your right knee in front of you to hip height. Go right into the next rep. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
