Stand with your feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides. Take a large step to the side with your right leg and land with your toes forward. Bend your knee and hip, then explosively push off your right leg, and as you extend your left leg, straighten your right knee and lift your leg up to the side. Land softly and go right into the next rep. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
