Hold a resistance band parallel to the floor with your arms extended in front of you at shoulder height. Depending on its length you may want to double it up. Keep your arms straight as you draw your shoulder blades together behind you and pull the band apart, opening your arms out to the sides as far as you can. Slowly return to the start.
