Sit on top of a stability ball with your feet spaced wide for support. Hold a set of dumbbells with your palms facing forward and your elbows bent 90 degrees and aligned with your shoulders. Extend your arms and press the weights up and in toward one another so they almost touch overhead, then lower slowly to the start.
