Lie faceup on a stability ball with your upper back and shoulders in the center and your hips lifted to align with your knees and shoulders. Hold a dumbbell with both hands straight up over your chest, and keep your arms straight as you lower the weight overhead toward the floor. When your arms come about parallel with the floor, lift the weight back to the start.
