Stand with your feet hip-width apart, chest lifted, and raise your left knee to hip height and your right arm forward. Quickly run in place, lifting your knees to hip height and swinging your arms in opposition, for three reps, then pause with your right knee lifted for one count. Repeat this pattern, alternating sides.
