Amanda is a certified mind body wellness instructor with a specialty in holistic nutrition, a certified trainer, a certified Yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training, a fitness model and the creator of Happiness Boost. As a suicide survivor, she also involved with organizations, such as the Trevor Project, in helping those who struggle with mental health issues and has her own YouTube channel where she engages different celebrities and influencers about mental health issues to break the stigma. She’s also a mom, chapter leader of Days for Girls and a passionate vegan.
