  • 12 oz can salmon
  • 2 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp diced red onion
  • Few dashes black pepper


  1. In a bowl, mix salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and pepper.

*Instead of salmon, you can substitute water-packed canned tuna or chicken.
