‘Tis the season for all things scary, spooky and downright ‘EEEK worthy. So we asked a few of our ambassadors to show us the workouts that are scary hard. Hannah Dawson comes to us first with this nail-biting EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout. Do push-ups make you quiver in your gym shoes? Well, do we have a treat (or trick, depending on how you see it) for you!

Every minute, you will add two more push-ups and for the remainder of the minute, you are to hold a Spiderman plank.

Here’s the breakdown:

Minute one:

8 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.

Minute two:

10 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.

Minute three:

14 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.

Minute four:

16 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.

Minute five:

18 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.

Think you can do it? Oh gosh, we’re getting goosebumps just thinking about it.
