INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup frozen mango pieces
- ¼ cup frozen cherries
- ½ cup sugar-free and fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tsp. flaxseed oil
DIRECTIONS
- Place first 5 ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Add protein powder and 1 to 2 tablespoons of water if needed to thin out the consistency.
- Add flaxseed oil and blend on low to gently combine.
