I believe having fitness goals helps keep us training, eating, sleeping and recovering for real progressWhy do you love to sweat?I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and training and staying active is how I manage it. I also love lifting! What words do you live by?Lifting. Women. I want to help lift women up, encourage them to do things they have never done before. I love teaching women to use a barbell and weights to help them get strong and change their bodies and their minds and show them they are capable of doing things they never thought possible. What makes you a kick-a$$ Oxygen Ambassador? My life goal is to help women never do to their bodies what I did to mine. I was anorexic and I overtrained to try and obtain the “perfect body”. It wasn’t until I started training properly and obtained gym goals that I then started loving my body for what it was capable of vs. what it looked like. I want to help women get to a healthy place with their bodies and get out of the self hate hole or never fall into the hole in the first place.
